How do you get the mass air housing to fit/attach to the stock intake tube, the intake tube is a lot bigger than on the gen 1? I have the mass air 80mm adapter and it attaches to the conical but the intake tube is way too big for the stock mass air housing?

This may sound odd, but a plumbing gasket will work. I had gotten an LMS MAF and it came with a rubber gasket. But it was still to small, so I used rubber splicing tape to make up the difference for now until I can find a better match.

The inner diameter of the tube is 4". Just look for a plumbing gasket for PVC pipes. You can find them at home depot.

It's not too small, the factory hose clamp on the Gen 2's have a stopper on them. They will only go so far and stop tightening.
Get a universal clamp that has ridges all the way around and it will tighten right up fine. The gasket size is 3 inches not 4.
