For my 94.

I have to get this done today, so I don't have time to run through a search.

I am on a budget and I hear that autozone has good rotors for the mark. Should I get autozone gen2 rotors for the front? what about the back?

As for the pads, I do a lot of driving (30,000 miles a year) and a lot of it is highway and city driving with heavy braking. What typer and brand of pads do you reccomend for the front and back??

Do not get autozone -- I dont have personal experience, but the rotors there do not have a good reputation.

For OEM - Call Maxx at Five Star Ford (http://www.fivestarford.com/index.asp)

For a little more, call Terry Goss at KVR Performance (https://www.kvrperformance.com/index.html)

See if whether have what you need and can afford. Let them know you found out about them from Lincoln vs Cadillac!

yo- YE...
go to your local lincoln mercury dealership eaither get the job done, meaning rotors and brakes by them...or go to ur ford dealership and get the parts and do the work ur self. i know what u mean by buget...shop around and compare parts price at both places, and ask about service fees usually where i am if ur an early bird customer...they sometimes give u a discount..;D :gr_hail:

Thanks. I got the job done last week. I put on new rotors and Wagner quietstop brake pads in the front. They are great.
