SOHC question....MarkVIII93 January 11th, 2006, 02:03 PM My friend has a 4.6 SOHC grand marquis and he thinks that the head might be cracked. Is this a common problem with the SOHC? I personally dont beleive it, but if anybody knows anything....... Oh yeah it has around 66,000 miles. So I am kinda doubting that the head is cracked. Also, Is head warpage a problem with the sohc? I beleive the head is cracked:shifty:My friend took it to a guy and said that the SOHC heads are known to crack???? While in the process of hydro-locking the motor. It blew ALL of the injector o-ring seals, and cracked the intake manifold. | ||||
