Hello all, The power/volume button on my 95 markVIII stereo wont turn off. it pushes in but then comes right back out again. feels like its not catching on something. can I fix this or do I need to find another stereo? It stays on all the time when the key is on. Thanks.

My factory head unit does the exact same thing. Basically I have an Alpine DV300 that is going to wind up in its place along with some JL amps as I upgrade the system when I get the time?

These guys have new replacement switches for less than $20 shipped. I took me about 30 minutes to remove, repair, and replace. (I had replaced the switch twice before with used switches, but this is cheaper and faster.)
