What would be a GOOD QUIET DUAL EXHAUST SYSTEM or more like a sleeper?because mine has the Y pipe.I want it to be better than stock.

Magnaflows probably the quietest mufflers I know of that perform well. If you could find a LSC exhaust, they,re already duel. Just change the mufflers.

Eh, I have a daul setup on my car going into a magnaflow dual inlet/daul outlet with an internal X pipe.

Thats what I was thinking of doing, then I read of people doing it. I was kind of surprized. I used that muffler on my Mustang II in sept. of 03. and got the idea to rid the Mark of bumper mufflers. Hows it sound/do you like it.

There is an exhaust clip right below the picture. You have to have quicktime player to view/hear it though.

Sounds good, I currently have A LSC so it had the duel set-up already(obv. not the same as 2 1/2) and I slid 12" walker glass paks into 24"x4" chrome slant cut pipes, and put them in place of the stock mufflers. It sounds good too, but I know the stock size pipes leave much to be desired. So I considered running the 2 1/2 pipes with a x like many do, but 2 1/2 glass packs don't slide into 4" dia. pipes. If I put the magna-flow internal x like you did with 2 1/2 back to the 4"x24" pipes no paks, I'll have the same look-better performance. Did I mention those pipes look so good I don't want to change that part of the design.

You got me Geno, I don't have pics to show. I'm not saying that looks bad, I dig the pipe look. Pics would help my point, I haven't seen anything like mine.

Here is a clip of my magnaflow system..

Not very expensive - because the guy who did my system would not take of the 3rd cat, I went with a 1 in 2 out Magnaflow. I replaced my resonator with the Magnaflow and the guy then ran 2.25" pipe back. No other mufflers.

The system is nice a quite until you want it to roar. Then it has that nice Mangalfow sound.

I love it. Plus I don't wake everyone up in the neighborhood.

Oh and I had this done for under $300 I have added Geno's oval tips now so those temp tips are gone. Geno's tips add a nice finish to this system.

The same thing. There all the same as far as exhaust goes.
