Does the '97-'98 Mark have a double or 1.5 DIN opening for the stereo? I might be getting a '98 in a couple days and I'd like to know if I can fit a 4" high GPS unit.

First of all, 1.5 is mainly for Chrysler/GM. I can confirm its a 2 din (double din) unit.

Technically its like a 1.75 weird ford opening.... But alot of people remove a little bit of dash behind the opening to fit a true Double Din H/U in there...

Hell you can fit a 15 in LCD in there with enough cutting and some fiberglass :D
