Yes ... if you are signaled by an officer of the law to safely pull off the road, you can lower your speed and drive to the next exit or emergency cutout or ANY clearing that puts 10 to 100 feet between you and the moving traffic and then EXPLAIN to the officer that you did not want them standing in the roadway.

Just friggin' incredible! What the hell are these people doing on the road anyway? The ones who can't drive, I mean.
