I have a `99 Navi. The brake light went out ("it's not the bulb") on the driver's side when the temperature outside dropped below 40 degrees. This happened last year too. The dome lights stay on as well. This stuff only happens when it gets cold outside. Lincoln could not fix the problem...Any suggestions?
