I have been reading the board for about a week now. Figured I would register and introduce myself.

My name is Keith and I just bought a 2002 LS V8 with 25,000 miles last week. It is a deep red(not sure what the exact name is).

I owned a 2002 300M Special that I did over 50 mods to before trading that in for the LS. The LS is such a step up. I am amazed how well made it is and all the options it has.

I am anxious to start modding the LS and have a few questions.

1. Can I convert it to the option where you can shift thru the gears? I think it is called SST. What do I need to complete this?

2. I love the look of the angel eyes, is there a way to have HIDs and angel eyes in the same housing?

I plan on doing a bunch of other stuff and I am sure I will have more questions.

You asked about HID's and Angeleyes, You can get both from Ken @ LsKoncepts.com, I put a set of hid projectors and angeleyes in mine check out my photo garage for my pics.

It didnt make much of a difference to be honest with you. I ended up selling it to another 300M owner. Not much punch, very flat.

i also have the infinity bass link.

it doesn't get too loud in the ls, however, i put it in my gf 04 cheroke and it sounds very nice.

I am missing the little chrome insert in the vent adjuster. Can I just get that or do I need to replace the whole vent. IT is the tiniest piece of chrome but I look at it everytime I get in the car.

available separately. sell many of them.

How do I go about getting one? How much?
