Stock MAF Size

Can anyone tell me what are the factory specs for the factory MAF?

The Plastic Air box is 80mm i beleive and the actual MAF housing i would guess is around 70-75(Not sure though).

Just tried to put on a Pro M 80mm MAF. That was a disaster. My mark spitted and sputtered and didn't stay cranked. The Pro M was calibrated for 55lb injectors. When doing this myself what should I be looking for?

The problem is your injector size. the pro m is calibrated for 55lb injectors. thats why it won't work.
