Hello gang,

just wondering if anybody out there has a few pics of their 04s LS with body kits?

Also would love to hear your thoughts on after market springs for the LS?

- Sooksno body kits in the aftermarket - only the factory LSE kit.

I run InTrak Sport lowering spring - dropped about 2" all corners. The drop can be a problem when driving around town - up and down driveways.... but I AutoCross and there is a noticable improvement with handling.

If you don't want a 2" drop, supposedly Eibach has springs that will drop 1".

Here is the 2004 LSE brochure along with pictures of the LSE unveiling last year:

Also, the part numbers for the front bumper and spoiler are:

2004 LSE Front Bumper 2W4Z-17D957-AAA
2004 LSE Spoiler 4W4Z-5444210-AAD

IIRC, the Wings West and Razzi body kit will fit the 2003-2004 LS's.

Well i am buying the 04 LS Ultimate Sport which includes the kit. I still like the 02 LSE kit over the 04. I really dont care for the "stub" they call a spoiler on the 04. I am also interested in getting magnaflow exhaust with SS tips, i wonder if they will easily fit the 04 bumper without modifications.. anybody know off hand?

Do you guys happen to know what kit is on the LS that is listed on http://www.lincolnmotorsport.com/ That kit rocks!

The front fuscia appears to be a little different on the razzi kit in comparison to the one on http://www.lincolnmotorsport.com/

I wish they had better pics of that car on their website. It's currently under construction.

Hey Quik - Beautiful ride brother!!!!!!!! What body kit do you have on your car? Wow man... looks super sharp!

It's the only DOT approved harness out there - it bolts right onto the OE seatbelt bolts - so no extra holes, nothing to bend, ...etc. When I'm not racing - I can unclip it from the back and tuck it under the seat (almost out of sight) - still using the OE seatbelt.

It's nice - has pull tighteners for the lap belt and pull-downs for both sholder belts. It makes a big difference when I autocross - I do not have to worry about bracing myself from flying around the inside of the car - I can just focus on turning.

That's really cool! Where did you find it, and how much do they run?

SoloRacer.com
- Schroth Rallye 3 Harness SCH-14000 $149.99
- Schroth 2" Harness Pads SCH-17000 $29.99
- Schroth 2" Adjusting SCH-19000 Grips $9.99
= $189.97

Ordered on-line, came in a week.

SoloRacer was the cheapest I could find for this particular harness.

That's a pretty good deal. I'll have to remember that, should the need arise. ;)

Did you have to replace the whole steering wheel? Or was it just like a wood overlay?

Sooks,
I have an 03 Premium V8 Sport which is very close to the 04 ultimate. I added a deck spoiler, Magnaflows with 4" tips (no mods to the body to fit) and an 04 LSE front grille.
