My son's 98 Mark VIII has a fuel problem; apparently it's not getting any fuel at all and he has replaced the fuel pump, filter, relay and mass air flow and says the fuel line is fine. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

What's the problem? Car cranks but won't start?

Check the fuel pump cutoff switch in the trunk on the passenger side...

I was going to say that but it seemed obvious. I'd meaure the pressure at the fuel rail to see if there is any gas getting to it. If there is pressure there, you know that the pump is good and its something else.

:I I think there's a relay too that might go bad.

Check and see if you have spark because a few months ago my car would just sit there and crank but wouldn't start, and the problem was i had a bad crank sensor.

Yes, I think that's the problem. I'll give him your suggestions and hopefully he'll find the answer, thanks :-)
