Anyone convert their mark's hood to open frontwards, like a bemer or viper or w/n? Anyone ever hear of one?

that would make it hard to work on, also you would scratch the hell outa the sides of the car because instead of leaning on the front it would be the sides

Levitating hoods are overrated. What if your Hood Levitation mechanism accidentally kicks in while you're cruising on the highway? lmao

WOW, I never thought of that. that would be neat to have a frog with wings. Guys, no matter how "stupid" you think these questions are, they are in the right forum and have every right to be here.

Andy is just curious, and has alot of "ideas" swirling through his head so cut him some slack. If you don't like the questions....stay out of the thread.

Simple as that.

I am all for MrWilson's posts.. some don't always make sense, but some are idea's that would be unique/different. its not always about functionality, or repair, or adding features.. sometimes you just gotta let the mind wander!

I am all for the 1 'stupid' question a day.. Go Get 'Em MrWilson!

My daughter's got a Beemer, and they Are a PIA to get at...
As far as the Levitating Hoods,.... I've seen at least three of them, and I don't find it all that amusing...

I have only personally seen one levitating hood.... and it wasn't a total levitation... was only going about 25 mph when hood on an old chrysler unlatched. tried to levitate, but only broke windshield.. kinda lucky I guess.

oh... the chrysler was being towed by to my dad's house, for my sister's first car, needed body work anyway (was in an accident and totalled by insurance)

Naw, I think all of mine have made a perfect 90º right at the windsheild, but the glass was fine..., it only takes about ten mph...
