Well from what I have been reading alot of topics about performance upgrades and i have found that this would be my best bet performance wise...
1.LMS Chip
2.LMS Intake with the Ice box
3.stage 1 cams
4.Exhaust
5.LMS bushings
6.TC with a 3500 stall
7.LMS high output fuel pump
Anything else anyone can think of that will give me a good amount of power for a good price?
All this with install will be around what... 3K? and bring me down to like what mid 13's?

First of all, you wont get this car into mid 13's for under 3k. figgure about $4-5k?
Start off with the LMS maf with the ice box, if your going to replace the tranny, go for genos with a 2400 stall...the 3500 dies too quickly, then the LMS chip, the exhaust(w/headers), and then drop a posi 4.10, and put onthem bushings, you should...according to my calculations be in the high mid 13's...the cams should definatly take you down to low mid 13's. Upgrading the fuel pump would be good if you got miles on ur car.
Also, and this is my personal oppinion, Id upgrade the ignition coil packs, and if you got the money, go with top of the line plug wires, and plugs. Iridium plugs, and nology or cobra wires w/ msd ford coil packs.
Oh, and something that wont add any hp (mabey .2hp, if thats power?) Remove the air resovuar and scilencer from the intake. It does make it sound nice inside, and as i have been told makes some diffrence outside. If thats something you like

Talk to JC1994, he has a good combo that has him in the mid 13's.

Don't change out the fuel pump without also putting in a new FPR. You don't want your old beat up stock FPR going on you when you least expect it.

WTF does that mean?
What stall are you running? With what gears? Which shift kit? How much RWHP?
If you don't have it and haven't run it at the track, you don't need to be telling anyone BS. :Bang

Then you should say so.
IMHO everyone's setup is according to their own preferences. Saying things like a '3500 dies too quickly' is irrelevant without a description of the drivetrain setup and the prefferred use of the vehicle and the budget of the driver. If it's a street car with stock gears, that may be true. But for a slightly modded track car with 4.10s or 3.73s, a 3500 stall is sweet. Put 4.30s or 4.56s in a highly modded Mark though and then the scales begin to tip again.
