Drivers Headrest Broken

My headreast wont stay into position anymore. When I rotate it down, it just rolls back. Can this be fixed?

Did the same thing to mine, I was going to install seat covers, couldn't figure out how to remove it and gave it a Yank,... there's plastic recievers in there that seem to be broken on mine...

Ok, what is the Proper way to remove the headrests, and is there a way to replace the "plastic glides" they slide into??

i think they just unscrew.
