4.6L V8 302hp 300lb ft.
0-60: 7.6 seconds
¼ mile: 15.87 @ 90 mph
60-0 braking: 124 ft.
Slalom: 60.7 mph

The Aviator is discontinued...

The aviator was going to be discontinued but sales have increased and it is being transformed into an SRX, pacifica equivalent crossover vechicle i believe 06.

Personally im not a fan of the srx style crossovers and like the aviator

Is it still going to be titled "Aviator" or will it be badged differently? I kinda like it too, as it isn't nearly as big as the Navi. Oh, well.

Yeah i believe they are going to keep the name aviator

They are planning on keeping the name for the redesigned Crossover design. I personally think they need to make the change asap. Look at the price difference between the Aviator and the navigator. Not really that big of a defference to justify building two very similar SUV's in my opinion.

I agree, apbpetey. They don't need both. I personally favor the Aviator, which is why I would rather see it remain and the Navigator gone, but that won't happen.
