What level did you use for the kit, and what mods to you have to your car that made you choose that level? I get my Bauman kit installed this coming monday (Sept. 12), So any imput you guys can tell me would be great!

My car has:
LMS MAF and K&N Filter
Nology Wires
Autolite 764's

I plan on doing more things as I get more money, and after being in brentallans level 3 Mark thats kind of what I had in mind, but I'm open to your opinions and suggestions. Thanks guys!

When you get the kit, they describe in detail what each level is meant to do. Level 3 seemed like the best choice for me. It's a comprimise between daily driving and performance shifts. Levels 4 and 5 are geared towards cars with forced induction and 1 and 2 seemed too weak from what I remember reading. You'll see when you get the whole package, everything is described in detail.

Thanks for the reply Brent... I did get the package and read through the whole thing, I LOVED the feel of your level 3 tranny and like I said, I think I'd go with the level 3 but I wanted to hear from some people that maybe had a different setting.

I had mine set at 5. Sold the tranny to jdlmkviii and he LOVES it. Driller drove my car with the Baumann kit in it (before I swapped trannys) and he loved it so much he set his to the same setting on his kit as well. If you want to rip the gears and shred the tires go with level 5. That way if you are not happy with 3 there is no reason to have to rip the tranny open again to drill the hole(s) for level 5......just my $.02 :Beer

BUT if you are not happy with 5 there is no way to go back.
