After reading several threads on how LvC members have converted to folding puddle style lamps from later models, I figure you would want pricing and part #'s on the 2006 models.

Drivers, heated, memory, fold, dimming, with puddle lamps
6W4Z-17683-AAA List $189.62 LvC $142.22
Passenger, heated, memory, fold, with puddle lamps
6W4Z-17682-AAA List $186.78 LvC $140.09

Ken,

All mirrors are PTM (paint-to-match) for the LS.

I have a set on my 2001 LS and they fit perfectly. However, you will have to splice a wire or two to make the puddle lights work. I did a How To on here somewhere but it's on my website in the Gallery section. Also, the driver's side mirror has an automatic dimming feature. You'll have to somehow tap into the auto dimming rear view mirror to get it to work. I haven't done this yet but it will dim when the inside rear view mirror dims. It's a cool feature.
