New owner, few problems

Howdy people, x-Deville owner here, just bought a '93 TC last week. Extremely low milage, garage kept - i.e. a grandma's cars! Discovering a few problems with it.

1. 4-way flashers don't work, only the right turn arrow on the dash comes on and only the right rear light gets brighter. (turn signals work just fine) could this be caused by a bad relay?

2. JBL 10-CD changer in trunk can't/won't talk to the dash controller. It will eject the cartridge and I can load cd's into it, it will reload the cartridge and I can hear it pull the first one out, but the dash unit will not acknowledge a cd player is connected to it? (won't switch off radio - pushing the "play-prog" button does nothing with the cd -works just fine for the tape player)

2a. Loud "poping" noise with volume control, dirty contacts?

3. Drivers window goes half way down just fine, then slows down like it's binding up. Maybe as far as the previous owner ever took it, and has dirt built up on the rails?

4. Has the full cloth top, whats the best way to take care of it?, seeing how it will be sitting in the sun & weather everyday now!

extremely impressed with the 20+ gpm even with a tank full of bad gas.
(this afternoons job to try to drain the tank, and get fresh fuel) :feedback

Thanks everyone!

i had the same problem with my 95 continental the flashers didnt want to work the right one didnt want to work
the left one worked fine so for a whyl i would turn the flasher on then i would turn the right turn signal on at the same time so they would work together
like a month they after doing that ones a day they started working fine
now somtime i have to tuen the blinker on and off to get them to work like that but they end up working ok

Actually I unhooked the battery for about half an hour and that re-set the emergency flashers. didn't help the cd-changer thou.
Am going to have to take it to the shop for engine problems, wonder if changing the location of gas purchases has caused "trash" to clog an injector or two. Drained the tank didn't see any trash or water, put fresh gas in but still is haveing major problems.
Need the headlights adjusted also, never had a car where that was such a major ordeal.

Thanks!!
