I'm looking at cts 2003-2005's (manual onlys) and i'm not finding m(any) with the rear seat fold down option. If I get one with pass thru only, how hard is it and/or how much does it cost to convert to a fold down seat?

Do you really need it? It is a $450.00 option when new. If it is an absolute necessity, then I suggest buying a truck. :soapbox:

I don't want a truck or i supposed I'd rather have a CTS. I would pay $450 no problem, but is it possible to do to a car that does not have the option already present?

I'm sure there is a quality custom shop in your area and I wouldn't see why you couldn't get it done. How good is your dealership? Mine was able to hook me up with several contacts on custom work. You may want to start there. Good luck :Beer
