2004 Navigator ultimate

My 2004 has "every" available option & only has 3,400 miles on it. Was just told by a dealership that it is only worth $35,000 tops. WTF, I paid over 60K for it last November. Can this be true?

Wow... that sucks but I just checked www.kbb.com and it says trade in is around 35,000. However retail is around 40-45K.
