I just bought an 05 Navi and was wondering if anyone had any pics of installed satellite radio? I am thinking of getting a permanent installation but dont know how well it will look and just need some ideas. Thanks

Scott I don't have it, but there really isn't anything that is visible with the dealer installed system. It's all hidden except for the antennae of course. As for the display, I am told that the FM2 button is now changed to SAT.
I am assuming you are the same person that has asked this question on a number of other boards. My suggestion would be for you to go down to your dealer and have them show you what is involved. BTW you can buy them off Ebay for a lot less than you think. Good luck.

Ford offers a Sirius system that can be bought with the necessary wiring harness for $250 online. I believe it calls for an 04 and up radio that has the "SAT" button on it. I preferred XM radio and I bought a complete XM kit for my 04 Cobra with satellite ready radio for $200 online. The kit included everything. It consists of two small boxes and was a breeze to install. Everything is hidden...including the antenna. I mounted my antenna to a metal brace right underneat the center of the dash pad. They say that won't work...but mine works fantastic and I have never had a reception problem. I can even pick up a good signal in my garage.
