Hey does anyone know if the cd changer in the glove box of the ls has AUX inputs on it?

No it does not. Most factory cars don't. I have only seen I think a honda that had rca inputs into the headunit. Some other cars are starting to do it because it is big for MP3 players and also sat. radio. Check out some aux input adaptors for these cars.
