I am qualified. I was on the JROTC competition rifle team and I always placed in the top 3 and qualified sharp shooter several times while in the Nav. I had the privildge of working with big guns,machie guns and little guns. I am a regular at the range to this day and spcialize in small targets at ranges 100+ yards. Plus I can hit a moving target but as lethargic as they have become I would not have to worry about leading them.
