Where did you get that quote??? Or did you make that up?

I also googled it on some anti-Reagan sites but couldn't come up with it although to be fair, I think something was said similar to that, or at least I remember something similar. Again, just to be fair.

I understand what you're saying, Bryan, but the title of the thread clearly states that these are quotes.
