How do you replace the Fuel Filter for 2002 Lincoln LS 6 Cylinder?

Are there any websites that are how to guide on maintenace of LS?

I am a mental midget when it comes to fixing things (Among other things) and am not a car expert. Is this something I should take my car in to have done?

Thanks

Take off the inner fender well lining on the front driver side of the car. The fuel filter sits by where your left foot would be if you were sitting in the car but in the fender well.

Actually, it's one of the easier filters there are to remove! It only takes a couple of minutes to remove the inner fender, then the filter is very easy to get to...and you don't have to lay under the car and get fuel spilled all over you. Believe me....I've changed some that were a real PIA to get to and work around!
