Your welcome to talk about the cars in the contest, encouraged even. I only asked that so that the contest thread wouldnt get cluttered with conversation, just makes it easier on the Admins when we decide the finalists.

I'll refrain from this thread until after the election though, keeping my thoughs to myself until after we get a winner.

Right now, I'm votin for the top 3 as Bad69Cad's big black Caddy. DaveSmed's big black Caddy. And mine actually. :) In a totally other style.

1st, I'd lean towards DaveSmed's. (I feel so dirty voting someone over my baby.)

2nd and close though, is my Caddy. I'd give mine as the best looking of the "new" cadillacs. But it's not quite a classic Cadillac. I feel dirty now.

2rd, Bad69's. It's nice, but it doesnt seem to be in quite the excellent shape of mine or Smed's.

Anyway, yours, because your nuts enough to do that to a newer Eldo... and it was ovbiously WELL worth it, and jeanszoo's '55 looks like it COULD be a great car... If you are reading, change your pics please? I want to see that thing in all it's glory! Hmm... Bad69Cad has that beautiful stance, but could use better pictures... And that Red Eldo Convertible is nice too.... Tough choice here....
I DO wish my pics took to resizing better, but they seem to get too dark the smaller they get.

Mine's kind of neater for real. The pictures don't do that much for it.

I guess my favorite among the ones that aren't my family is the '69 Coupe. I always liked the look of those. :steering

Lot's of competition here. I love the subtle upgrades on the Brougham by Revoh. I have the same car in black with no mods. I also love the red convertible Eldo. Sweet looking car. And of course who can't love the big green Coupe? And of course my first gen STS which has gotten no recognition. How can you not love a car with 200k on it that's still almost mint. Anyway, I guess I have to love my own car.

425-450 with NOS? So about 405 or so without? That's damn good, what have you done to 'er? I might need to take a cue from you for some future engine adjustments.

Prolly more like 350 without the nitrous. It's a 125 shot. Ported and polished heads, now planning for a custom air intake. The motor's not sucking enough air through the stock box. It's like breathing through a straw. MSD Ignition, low restric exhaust, bout it.

Ouch, targeting the flash and show. I'm in with a flashy crowd here, and I go to shows. Mostly night ones, so the extra light is useful. Plus, I need the extra bit to help draw the attention to the car. But they're still tasteful. It's something different. A bit of my own style.
