Help I Need A Factory Manufactured Rear Bumper For A 98 Lsc...can Anyone Help Me Locate One...
I Do Not Want After Market,or Re-conditioned Or Junk Yard. Eaither. I Need New.

it was nt who hit my rear bummper some a hole driving in a lincoln ls and talkin on a cell phone at the same time...me i was doing what i was supposed to be doing..and watching what was in front of me.....these bumpers are going obsolete ;(

i called max, but he doent have one in stock..got a great price but again none in stock...he did get some numbers for me to call...im a waiting to see what my body shop whats to do....shipping is outragous ;/

2 highschool kids with lincolns I got the same problem to accept I know people in the painting business, but I got scrates every where it seems and not to mention $1000 worth of HEADLIGHTS

Cause some of us are broke as a joke and can't aford it asap it take us longer amount of time than say some one with a career or full time job geting paid. Some of us still teenagers getting paid nuthin accept I do get paid pretty good at Ford. (Then again it gas money.

most body parts don't wear out. at least on cars.

Exactly --

Look on EBAY. The body shop can paint the bumper pretty cheap actually, especially since its already off the car.

Body parts, especially the bumper, dont wear out. SO the body shop can paint it, do any sanding that might be necessary, and it will look like new, and should be much cheaper.

FYI. Never let a body shop paint the bumpers while they are on the car. Make sure they totally remove them to paint them.

MY BODY GUY HAD A NEW ONE THAT JUST CAME IN FROM THE MANUFACTURE..AND THAT CRAP CAME IN DAMAGED,THE WHOLE DRVR SIDE OF THE BUMPER WAS CRUSHED IN...BOY WAS I PISSED, I BEEN WAITING OVER A WEEK FOR ALL MY PARTS......NOW HE PICKED UP A RECON...(WITH OUT TELLIN ME FIRST TO GET IT OR NOT),I RAN OVER TO INSPECT IT B4 HIM DOING ANYTHING TO IT,LIKE PREP N PAINTIN IT OR IN THAT MATTER FIXING IT...SOFAR IT GOOD,BUT NEW GOES FOR 505.40... RECONS ARE ABOUT $100 LESS.
I LOOK AT IT THIS WAY ALL BODY SHOPS TRY TO CUT CORNERS,TO MAKE MONEY..NO MATTER IF U HAVE MONEY, OR LIL MONEY..U HAVE TO STAY ON PEOPLE TOES SO U DONT GET RIPPED OFF!

P.S WHEN GETTING WORK DONE ON UR CAR FROM THE BODYSHOP..TAKE UR OLD PARTS WITH U!!!! ..DONT LEAVE THEM THERE,CHANCES ARE THEY'LL FIXX THEM AND SELL IT OR USE IT...PLUS IF UR CAR SHOWS IN DMV THAT UR CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT..AND IF U PLAN TO SELL THE CAR LATER...AT LEAST U HAVE THE PARTS TO SHOW THAT THIS N THAT WAS REPLACED..WE ALL KNOW WHEN U GET INTO ACCIDENTS UR VALUE GOES DOWN...SO WHEN THE NXT BUYER SEES THAT HEY I KNOW WHAT HAPPEND,AND WHAT WAS REPLACED (IF IT A LIGHT TAP OR WHAT EVER)..SOME PEOPLE WOULD STILL PAY TOP $,ESPECIALLY IF THE PARTS ARE NEW..PEOPLE WILL KNOW IF U HAVE AFTERMARKET,OR RECONS IF THEY REALLY WANNA SNOOP IF THEY PAID GOOD OR OVER PAID...IT'S A THING TO CONSIDDER...LOL US NY'RS ARE AWAYS ON OUR TOES SO FOR ALL U OUTTER STATERS WHO ARE A BIT SLOW OR YOUNG WITH NO MONEY IT A THING TO THINK ABOUT.

i think about me getting payed every other thursday... and how my first paycheck was $291. then i think about how much the paint job that i want, along with the bodywork is gonna cost.... then i wanna stop saving
