help guys! My deal to buy a new caddy has fallen through! The caddy dealer beat lincoln's deal by $6600 and signed a contract with me to build me a new 2005 deville dhs, then, after taking my deposit and taking me out of the market for two critical weeks (while detroit's factories stopped taking new orders), announced (after I bugged them) that my car will never be built.

I ran back to the lincoln dealer and asked if he could find any tc Ls in the area. he found a 2004 L with only 2800 miles on it. I drove it and it looks new.
it is silver with back interior. dealer said it was probably driven by a lincoln employee for a while.

questions!!
$36K is asking, what should I offer?
car is marked on one side "EXECUTIVE L" and on other side "ULTIMATE L"
what's up with that!
I think the seats are the lower executive quality because they seem alwfully mushy, front and back and back seat seems narrow--or is that the way they all were in 2004?
I will go back to dealer and compare with 2005 ultimate seats.

help!!! please!!!

Go to www.ebaymotors.com and look at both the "EXECUTIVE L"s and the "ULTIMATE L"s. The ULTIMATE L, if it is one will have alot of options such as memory seats, and steering wheel radio controls. I hope you can figure this one out.

I've got a 2004 Executive L. I bought it about a month ago for $15,000. It had 38,000 miles on it. The emblem you're talking about is a glue on item and can be purchased at your local lincoln dealership for about 38 bucks. Your post made me look because almost the same thing happened to me when I bought mine, except the emblem on one side said "Executive" and on the other side it said "Executive L" I think the L broke off. Good luck! Rangerron
