Actually, the Mrs. consumed lots of citrus (in liberal speak that would be 'ate some oranges', which helps to create a ph imbalance which in turn kills off the sperm carrying the weaker and undesireable x chromosome, thus enabling the 'preferred' and stronger y chromosome sperm to engage the egg.
