Subwoofer 1 not working

Is this normal? I read on here that you can do a speaker test by pushing the 3 and 6 buttons simultaneously on the radio in radio mode. I tested it a few times and each time the "Subwoofer I" appeared on the display I got nothing. No sound at all. All the others seem to be working fine, any input?

where about are the subs?

onthe rear deck theyre not really subs just 6x9s, they call em subs, you may have to take the plastic enclusure off in the trunk in order to get to the wires. pretty simple.
