I emailed the guy and he said he just did it all himself with a custom neon job, anyone know how to do this, I think it looks good!

He has the markers on the sideview mirrors continuouly lighted. I like it too.

Just find the power wires to the lights and connect them to a wire that is hot when the lights are turned on.It shouldn't be too hard.
