just got a fax from ford .a 50% off overstocked reman engines. 2001 v-6 4 v on sale for 1550$ with 3 year 36k warranty.you have to pay the core.but thats dirt cheap. normally 3600$

how many miles on it & what's the core price? would it be an even swap into a 2000 ls v6 or are they alot different under the hood?
