speedo display

Hello from Germany,
could someone please tell me what the hell is going on with my 87 Eldorado ?
Two month ago the display from the speedometer and the climate controll turned off. After changing the ECM and the speedometer (very expensive ) everything worked fine again. Today, the same again. Speedo and climate controll display is out of function. The features are still working. I can select between eco and AC and can change the temperature.
Don't want to spend that money again to change the EMC and speedo. Does someone has an idea ???
