only made 3 passes i was in and out of atco in about 2 hours
best pass was driving in right off of the street with no cool down
13.30 @ 108 2.22 60'
this car has two issues with the 150 jets , it wants no parts of traction or shifting into drve
the first issue was a no brainer , open rear with stock tires
second issue sucks , it doesn't want to shift into drive , it starts to shift but never engages , i think it would have ran over 110 if it would shift
i have only been running 600 psi of bottle pressure also , to keep it safe
i know my previous cars have always picked up 3-4 tenths with 1000 psi

man this car is fun

just curious for you guys that run this fast,
at what point do these car's bodies/chassis start flexing bad enough to require stiffening?

i have always seen mustang 5.0's needing sub frame connectors after serious power adders.

thanks

Mike

is this a wet shot

Posted by: K*A*B

this car isn't launching hard enough to twist anything , that usually occurs when running slicks and 5 speeds
yes it is wet ,i am using a nitrous express shark nozzle , i've had good luck with them in the past
i've hit it as low as 2000 rpms and nothing has blown off yet .....except the tires lol
