fuel pressure help

How would I make work, I have a fuel pressure safty switch that cuts of the NOS at a certain PSI but the kit is for a 5.0. So is there any way to make a 1/ 8 in. NPT work on my fuel rail

1/16" NPT male to 1/8" NPT female adapter

take the fitting out of the fuel rail.
