(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Well I started puzting and lowered my car. Now the passenger side front air bag won't inflate? Any help on this. Also the check air suspension message is on. Thanks.

first thing to do is check everything, the sensor the lines going into the bag and all that good stuff, I suggest no one else does this sensor lowering mod to many people are breaking there stuff just buy a kit from ray 40 bucks lower when you want and where you want and start her up and drive it back at normal height so you dont give up ride comfort

i wouldn't discourage sensor modding at all. a few poeple on here have been very helpful to me throughout the whole process and i am happy with the end result.

Thanks guys.
I think I had the right side to low for this type of lowering. I raised it 3/4 of an inch and now it sits the same in the front 25 3/4 and seems to work good.
I'm going crusing later to test it out.

is this normal? before I did any bracket moving. my passager side of the car 1/2 inch higher..
when both sides of the hight sencer are smashed to the same size.
the car sits higher on passager side.
Could of the shop done some thing wrong when the air bags?

or is this what the fine adjustment for?

drivers side is 6 1/2 inches top of rim to frender well.
passanger side is 7 inches "" ""

Jon,
I don't have a digital ,My x gf took her digital with her, Crap. Feel free to ask anything. WORD OF CAUTION. iF YOU JACK THE CAR UP ALL THE WAY WITHOUT UNHOOKING THE SENSORS FIRST YOU MAY SNAP THE MOUNTING BALLS OFF THE SENSORS. I IBKOKE TWO ON THE LEFT SIDE. THE RIGHT SIDE WENT BETTER.
BUDDYLEE, I could not move the bracket on my passenger in the top hole the car sat too low so I moved it 3/4 0f an inch lower had to drill two new holes. The original bolts will act as self tappers if you have power tools. It now sits level in the front.
I went out crussin on some ruff rouads and the ride is a bit more firm but still rides like a Mark VIII.

I had about a 3/4" difference from side to side on my 94 crown vic with coil springs all around. It may be something like a body mount or just the way the car sits on the subframe. Not sure if its the same on a uni-body but it may be. My mechanic said wow thats wierd when he measured it after i noticed the slant. Then he measured his 69 442 it was a 1/2" from side to side.
