is there any manufacturer out there like GTS that makes smoked head lamp covers for the mkVII. if so where could i get them. i also am looking for a fog lamp and bracket for this car. i priced one through ford and they are no longer produced but they found one still new in N.C. and the price gave me a heart attack and im still suffering from E.D. all i really need is a nice used one that still work's and i still have the origional marchal cover's. also this summer im going to switch to coil spring's but is there anyone that makes a performance rated coil spring conversion kit for the mkVII LSC? .

GTS yes - but they are crap - I have them on my car just for fun even though they are retarded. THey are the ONLY company that makes them.

Fog lamps.....expensive - yes. They are no longer made and have become quite a collectors item. So if you are still looking for parts/peices and find ANYTHING under $50 you should take it. I have decieded that they are not my style and my pocket book says so.

As for coil springs - can be done pretty cheap. I reccomend you stay away from any conversion kits and build the suspension by hand using GOOD coils from other factory cars like mustangs. Hit FvC for the best info.

is the conversion from bag's to coils mearly a simple swap? is there any special modifications that has to be done in order fo the coil spring's to be installed? do i use coil spring's out of the late eightie's v-8 mustang? will eibach spring's work?
please help me. this will save me alot of time and money and take the headache out of the guess work.

There is a massive amount of spring swap research on FvC - do a search and it will yeild you just about everything you need to know about the kits or a do-it-yourself conversion.
