For everyones name it has a "picture garage" icon... how can I post my pics on that so that all can see?... also... how can I put a little icon next to my name in my replies?

Go to "User CP" above. It's the 3rd choice over next to "Home" and "Forums". There you'll be able to play with all sorts of things.
