Good actuator I think.

Well I pull out my actuator from my 96 and look at it nothing is broken, I even took the actuator apart, every thing look fine the motor is good, the gears look good, the circuit board inside I couldn't tell you if it good or not, can I run a test on the actuator to find out if it is good or bad, before I disassemble every thing, I ran a self test and these are the number that show up.

I didn't look any further to find out what these numbers really mean.

Code 24 is Blend door short, I have no idea what the rest of them mean. Looks very likely that board in the motor is bad, or maybe a bad ground to the connector.
