Anybody got instructions on installing new alternator and drive belt on 94 Mark? Thanks, K.

!/2 inch drive ratchet to move the tensioner, look for the square hole in the tensioner. A bunch of 10mm nuts and bolts take the front engige cover off first. Sorry. And unhook the battery. then take the plug out of the alternator and the the 10mm nut that retains the power wire to it under the rubber cover. then the bolts that retain thee alternator to the engine they're either 8 or 10mm can't remember. Reverse for installation.

He got the HO Cobra alt from Max and wanted to know if the wiring was the same. The hookups on the Cobra alt are positioned a little different than the stock alt. Kind of a stretch to hook it up, need to pop the harness loose on the drivers side by the valve cover to get a little more reach.

He's is sunny Cali today, riding around in new convert Mustang. Called to rub it in! I think I'll kick him in the shin next time I see him . Payback!

It will reach if you pop the harness loose.
It did for me.

Shin guards! You sissy! Better not come back with a tan, I'll kick both shins . Got above freezing today, freakin heat wave. Gonna get the mower out tomorrow!
