I ordered an lms mass air system and to be honest i was very surprised at how effective it was. Also Geno knows everything about these vehicles and can answer a lot of questions that you may have. Personally, I will not deal with ANYONE else regarding aftermarket performance parts for the mark 8. LMS is where its at.

137 posts #57, "Geno/LMS - My New Fuel Pump!"

Recently the fuel pump in my car went bad. I could tell it was on its way out as the car would hesitate while driving after a night of driving hard.....either drag racing, or just getting on it too much. If I was driving the car like a normal person, I had no problems. I put off getting the job done for too long. I just didn’t want to spend the money. Anyway the pump finally started to hesitate every time I drove the car. I needed to get it replaced quick. I called a couple of local shops and none of them would install the pump I wanted, the Walbro 255. (They either wouldn’t let me bring in my own part, and/or couldn’t order that specific pump)

I called Geno at LMS, and even though he had a busy schedule that week he was able to order me the pump and get it in my car within the week. Not only did he do a great job by fixing my car with the part I wanted, he fit me in his busy schedule and charged WAY less the other garage’s estimates....and those estimates were for a pump I didn’t even want. (I didn’t call Geno first because he is about 1 1/2 hours away from me)

Thanks again Geno

I purchased a fpr, and installed it today. it works great, a huge difference from my 130k mile stock regulator. I reccommend lms to anyone intrested in parts. Geno has been very helpful and Courteous. Even if there are any problems with a product or concerns, he speaks to you with respect and is willing to help. Customer service is just as important than good products, Lms has both.

So far all the upgraded parts I have bought for the LSC have been from LMS.

I had Geno do my Nitrous install and fuel pump.
I can tell you that he went above and beyond the call of duty !
Putting in the fuel pump he ran into some problems dropping the stock exsaust, because it was old and bent.
He work well after midnight getting this done because he was determined to finish.

He welcomed me into his house, and his girl Jessica made me several excellent meals, they are very hospitable people !!
She even drove me around to pick up a rental car and some parts.
Very cool girl (super hot too).

Part of his team was James "spagetti man".
James was so concerned about the way the wiring looked even under panels that will never be seen.
I asked him why are you spending so much effort on hidden wires.
His resonse was "I want to impress the next guy who works on this car".

Every project has it's problems.
If it were me I wouldv'e been punching things.
Not Geno, after a couple of "geeze what were they thinking".
He would calmly figure out and correct the problem.

There were also times in the past where I asked Geno to sell me this or that.
He easily could have marked things up and sold them to me.
Instead he sent me the summit part nubers and told me it's cheaper if I order it.
Who else would do this ?

All in all I can say if your Lincoln needs to be modded,
Geno is the only person I would consiter letting touch my
HOT ROD LINCOLN.

Thanx Dude

I have dealt with Geno from lms for some time now, I purchased my exhaust, maf, chip, recently bushings. Each and everytime I talked to the man himself. I've asked his advice on a number of different occasions, and he has been very helpful. If he wasn't there I left a message and he called back as soon as he could. I felt welcomed when I called, I didn't feel like a burden at all. I'd say he runs a honist business so anyone who feels the need to order from him, you'll be pointed in the right direction. Thanks geno

Ordered some parts from Geno the other day. When I called he informed me on what parts he had in stock and the ones that would take a couple of days. I think that this type of communication is vital on running a business. I don't like it when someone tells me that they can get anything when in fact half the things are on back order. Anyway, got some of the parts in and installed them. I had a little trouble with the chip and called LMS up and left a message at about 6PM (7 his time). Geno, calls me up from what I think was his home and gives me a few pointers and tells me to call him back when I'm done. I finally finished at about 9PM (Geno's time) and called to let him know that all worked out well. I was amazed how he went out of his way to help me out that night. I wasn't in any hurry and surely wouldn't have held it against him if would've have called me the next day considering I called after hours. Geno, that's what I would call great customer service. I just wish you were closer so I could visit the shop and by ya a round!

I had some work done by Geno and his friend down at LMS. I had Geno install a Denny's drive shaft, it definitely helps smoothes the ride out. I had a Baumann Engineering shift kit installed, what I like about this kit is that is progressive, so under light throttle the shifts are quick but not hard until you get on the gas. Also I brought down my own Amsoil and changed all the fluids to synthetics. When my car was up on the lift Geno gave me some time to paint my calipers as well.
After we put ever thing back together and the car idle down it had an idle surge. So when I got it back home Geno kept working with me until we tracked it down. I checked ever thing out that I could. The only thing we could figure out since we really did not touch the engine was that the O2 sensors did not like getting disconnected and reconnect. This happend with the drive shaft install when we took the exhaust down. Also after 80k miles they where on their way out anyway. Geno shipped me out the 4 O2 sensors at his cost and I had the mechanic by me put them in. Well, that did the trick and my MPG have gone up a bit as well since having them installed.
Geno goes out of his way to give you extra good service, will take the time on the phone to talk with you and he remembers who you are when you call him up as well. If you need some performance parts for your car send Geno/LMS an e-mail or give them a call.

To start this out, I have ordered to date, the custom flame/carbon fiber guages, and the nology orange wires. Geno has been GREAT to deal with. Definetly wanting MY bussiness.shirts. I think I call Geno about 2 or 3 times a week, asking him about new products, asking him about advice for what to buy and what to avoid, and overall help with things he doesnt even sell, about the nology wires, and he was the one that sold me on them. He has some good facts on the wires and how they have worked fgor him and friends. The Nology wires are terrific!! See, before I installed these wires, I had a miss on 4th cylinder, really really bad, and that combined with my chattering 1-2 accum. piston was really annoying me. After I sent Geno the check, I'm waiting, and waiting. I give him a call back a week later, he calls nology and we speak with the guy who ships em out I think? He tells me that they arrived 4 days before I called.shirts. My mom loves to hide things I get in the mail, especially when she knows I have a lot of homework that needs to get done. Sometimes I get bored and just install spider valves and such. Anyways, I installed the wires last weekend, Im getting about 2 mpg better all around, and better pull! The car is MUchMuch smoother now!! I have recently ordered the XpansionX mufflers for my mark, waiting on those, SHIRTS and I hope to soon add a adj. fuel pressure regulator, and a chip. Not all out, but to my likings and walet paper. I can't wait till his site www.lincolnmotorsport.com is done, it will be awesome!!

I think thats it, but I will keep you updated when the mufflers arrive, and I can't wait to get one of the LMS SHIRTS!!!

If you want friendly, honest customer service, and a quality custom made product, then LMS is where you want to purchase the modification parts for your Lincoln. They have a variety of products, but I can personally vouch for the cold air induction system that includes the MAF and K&N Filter. I not only gained appreciable power, but at WOT the sound of all the additional air being sucked in is awesome. Ilove to get on someone's left rear corner when they have the driver's window open, and floor it. It serves as a great challenge to race. Add the "ICEBOX" to finish the installation and block the induction of hot air. I've yet to speak to anyone who had anything unkind to say about Geno (the owner) and the prices are great.

I recently drove down to see Geno and had him install a mass air kit and chip on my 1994 Mark. Very Impressive! My review of the products: Off the line, I noticed a slight improvement in bottom-end and mid-range acceleration. Where this combo really shines is at the top-end of the rpm range. I cannot believe its the same car. From around 4700 rpm in second gear to the 2-3 shift (around 6200) my Mark is now an absolute animal. Before the new set-up, the car would shift to 3rd around 5000 rpm at WOT. The new program holds the shift off to around 6200, and when it hits it, the shift is lightning quick. With my stock 3.07 gears, I really feel the car pull hard from 80 to 100 mph. Its amazing how much power is unlocked raising the shift-point to the redline. I highly recommend this combo. Its money very well spent.

I have a 97 mark with geno's double x pipe and flowmasters. That was the only performance mod i'd done before the mass air kit. And boy does it make a difference. The hesitiation that used to be there when you were going down the road and hammered it is no longer there. and it also seems smoother and quicker throughout the rpm band. I also have the icebox on the way. I hope it adds a little bit also.

Recently I bought modified BBK long tube headers and High Flow cats from Chris Kaiser. I have to say that he is a very patient man. I cant tell you how many times I called or emailed him picking his brain asking him diff things. He had them coated for me and shipped them along with a steering knuckle for clearance purposes.
Anyway, I took the car to Geno's shop so they could be put in along with a new 255LPH walbro fuel pump, new speedo gear for 430's, new 1 3/8" addco rear sway bar, and some valve cover gaskets.
The headers were a bitch to put on and anyone else within 3 hours from me would have charged triple to put them in with all the work that was involved. It took a few days for all of the work to be completed. Needless to say when I picked it up there was a very noticeable increase in power. (that and the 25' long burnout marks in the small lot proved it too)
Geno deserves a big thanks from me for everything he has done while he had the car. I know he takes alot of pride in his work and rightly so because I am very happy with the way it turned out.

I purchased a MAF and an Icebox from Geno.I suppose there has been some discussion about whether the MAF is really worth buying.

I can only speak from my perspective and say it is. I can tell a difference in performance.

Not only is the performance better but it looks great.I'm glad to get any chance to show it off.

Geno has helped me on many occasions with my car. He's always been friendly and willing to help.

I would like to publicly thank Geno for his efforts on my behalf recently.

Geno, thank you for your help. It again demonstrated to me what a first class organization you run.

For those of you who don't know, I was pissed beyond pissed when I went to install the new trans and it was from a Ford F150/250. I called Geno and he got his Dad on the phone immediately to pull part numbers and tell me where the trans came from. Without that help, I probably would had to screw around with the company I got it from or worse, try to make it work.

Geno hasn't made a dime from me but he has certainly earned my future business. Thanks again Geno! It has been a real bummer having both Marks out of action at the same time. Can't wait to get back in the saddle again!...

Let me just say that I have been in the abysmal world of the "Corporate Slave" now for over 12 years. I will soon be out thankfully. Most of the time, you encounter individuals that avoid, claim ignorance, and are generally incompetent.

I have dealt with LMS and Geno now for close to a year since I purchased my 95 MK8. I have Geno's exhaust configuration, chip, and mass air.

I have also had a nightmare with my stereo system killing 4 batteries and 6 alternators (yes you read correctly..I have gone through 6 alternators). For some reason, my 600 watt system is draining faster than the alternator is recharging.

Suffice it to say, I call Geno on a Monday morning after my car dies again and he calls me back almost immediately with a solution.

I had a 96 cobra alternator (130 amp) installed on his suggestion and am happy so far.

Thanks Geno

Sorry for not posting earlier. I bought 20' Enki Kapone rims from Chris at LMS West about two weeks ago. The first time i talked to him about it was almost a month and a half ago about the rims, very helpful in every way and always ready to answer any of my questions. He hold the rims for me for three weeks until i was able to get them. I thought that was great, instead of a first come first served business. I recieved the rims, mounted and balanced with spacers. The rims are mint and the tires have plently of tread left on them. I was worried about the conditions of the rims, but he was a man of his word and everything was exactly like he stated, mint. Can't wait until spring when the snow is gone and the car is back on the road, until then more polishing. Thanks for great service i recieved now, and in the near future.

Geno told me what parts to get and I was able to buy my parts from where I wanted which was great cause I get great deals at a local ford motorsport dealer. I brought everything listed above and paid $750 INSTALLED for everything. I've dealt with Geno for almost a year now and will continue to do business with him. I have many future mods planned and he will be inolved in all of them. Oh yea, this car is an absolute ANIMAL now! I'll posting some 13 sec time slips very soon.

130 posts #701, "3 INCH EXHAUST"

I recently purchased the 3 inch dual exhuast off of Chris Kaiser's Nightmare Mark. Where to start. I called Geno for the number and assurance that the exhaust was ok for my car and then talked to Chris at LMS West for the first time. We agreed on the awsome price of $300 + $65 shipping to PA. Chris was extra kind in saying that if the shipping was more he'd cover it (which it was, he sadi the shipping came out to like $100). He made it a point to ship the exhaust before a vacation he was taking and it arrived sooner than expected.

I was amazed at the great condition for being used. He sent me full ehaust with flanges that bolt up to headers, huge xpipe, and to finish off with 2 ultraflow stainless mirror like mufflers. This exhaust is one of a kind as far as i know. The mufflers with 4 inch stainless tips exit in the middle of the rear of the car at about each side of the liscence plate display. I reamed the cats and the install was a breeze. Chris marked the pipes so they were welded right back into one peice and fit perfectly.

The tone and throaty bass is outrageous. I have gotten nothing but compliments from buddies with stangs and everyone but my neighbors. The car has finally been allowed to breath freely and it like a different car. It rips the R.P.M.'s off the tach. I can't wait for a quarter time. I will post picks as soon as i find webspace.

What an amazing L.M.S. product at a great price. Thank You Chris and LMS!!!!

I wanted a totally unmolested stock airbox for my Mark. Geno shipped me a darn near perfect one, priority mail, packed like it was made of solid gold, at a super price.

I appreciate his professionalism - even though my purchase was very low-buck, and a used part to boot.

In the past, I've bought from vendors that (as I soon found out)treated buyers of used and/or low-dollar parts like second-class citizens - not so with Geno and LMS.

2 thumbs up from this guy!

30 posts #651, "Purchase of LMS Performance Chip"

I recently purchased and installed a performance chip from LMS = AKA - "Geno's Chip".

I was floored with the immediate results I felt. My 93 Mark VIII with 228,000 miles has never felt so strong. I'm getting serious tire spin from first to second, not just a chirp mind you, a long squeal. Talk about turning some heads as you go by.

My love for my car has been rejuvenated, and I'm hoping to continue adding modifications.

Geno will be the first guy I call to get advise.

Thanks for all your help Geno !

The UPS guy brought me a present:

I got my 19" megaflow mufflers on Wednesday. My heart almost stopped when I called Geno and he said he didn't have any more. He checked around and discovered that Walt had a set that he wasn't going to use. So I bought them from Walt. Thanks for hooking me up with these. Soon I will have the sweetest sounding exhaust EVER! (along with Bill Hamilton, of course).

Just a post of thanks to Geno for everything so far from him and the staff at LMS. I have purchased, Carbon Fiber Dash Kit, Mass Air Flow Kit, LMS Chip (replacing My SuperChip), the 17" X 9" wheels, the X-Pipe and those fantastic looking mufflers that look to good to put under the car. Everything has been as advertized and the fit and finish have been great.

I've had the pleasure of talking to Geno a few times on the phone and he has been great. I inquired about a few things and he steered me in other directions where I could get the same item and save a few bucks not to mention saving me research time looking for those parts. I really appreciate the honesty and assistance. Being in business myself I know how much those phone calls take from ones activities during working hours and also know you make them up with more hours after everyone else has gone home for the night. I really appreciate the extra effort he has shown.

I just installed gino's chip , and i can tell you the "buttometer" felt some extra power.
The car shifts firmer and pulls harder.
Too early to really tell , but I think I'm getting a little bit better gas mileage too !!!!
Now if I could only refrain from chirping 2 nd gear all the time
I'll be sure about the m.p.g.
p.s. gino is a PLEASURE to deal with.
I will defanitly be doing more business with this guy !!!

How does your chip compair with superchip? I was thinking about getting my superchip reprogramed for the mark (is programed for my old 99 f150 right now).

Chris ,
Go with Geno's chip.
It's only a few buck's more then getting your old one reprogramed.
Who else would know how to make a MARK 8 run better then him ??

Great results Matt. I get 2.0 mpg better consistintly. Excellent mpg for such a great gaining program.

Most people think as soon as you start modding your car, especially with a chip that you will lose mpg when in reality with the RIGHT programming you will significantly gain mpg as well as smooth clean power.

Have you had a chance to see what the mileage is in this terrible heat and humidity we have been having lately?

1658 posts #291, "MY LMS Buying Experience"

First off I would like to say that this post is NOT intended to start yet ANOTHER freakin flame war....this is just MY experience....and MY experience ALONE. I have only dealt with Dennis ONCE.....and I have mixed feelings about that....but that is MY experience. It was neither good nor bad.....just that it might have been biased by other posts on the board, but none the less it was neither good nor bad......just mixed.

With that said.....I recently bought the LMS Assassin mufflers from LMS....as you ALL may know by now.....and the service was AWESOME....now I know Geno a little, and this is not a biased post because I kinda know Geno.....I mean I have only met the guy ONCE and talk to him over the phone somewhat on a weekly basis. Now I do have to say that there are sometimes that I do not agree with some things he (Geno) may do...but nonetheless I have NEVER had a bad experience dealing with Geno in ANY way. He has been very curtious to me....at least as curtious as I am to other's myself.....nothing that I would consider out of line in ANY way shape or form. He does not mind spending time with me as I pick his brain and ask him questions on what I should/could do to my mark......and even to my ideas. If you can get him not on the net he will talk to you about just about anything you want....even if it does not have to do with LMS business. He has even told me on occassion to purchase things from other people since a product of his at the time was not up to par....now I call that PROFESSIONALISM....I do not know what you would call it, but that is what I call it. I plan on purchasing from Geno and LMS (either east or west) again in the very near future.

721 posts #227, "LMS / GENO"

LAST EDITED ON Feb-25-02 AT 01:02 PM (EDT) When I first found LOD, about 2 years ago, of course Iwas impressed with the endless information and the quality of people that were on the site. After correcting some of the most common problems we have with these cars I decided to add some mods. Sure there are hundreds of places a person can go to get mods but I chose LMS, WHY??

1. The first time I talked to Geno he was straight forward with what he had to say and did not strike me as a person to tell you one thing and do another, "TRUST".

2. When there is a guy out there that owns one of these cars (Mark VIII) and takes the time to experiment, test and try it out on his own car as well as dino results you know his products are designed and manufactured for this car not a genaric product that will perform just OK. "EXPERIENCE"

3. Geno had one of his cars in a major car magazine. What a credit to his experience and ability. "RECOGNITION"

So that was enough for me to order a performance chip and a mass air kit from MAX RPM, Geno answered any and ALL questions I had before, during and after. "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

4. When the parts came in I was pleased to see instructions on how to install the chip. The tamper proof torque drive needed to replace the mass air kit was sent with the kit, saved a trip to the parts store. The quality of the parts I recieved were top of the line. "QUALITY"

These parts have been on my 93 Mark VIII for over a year now and I have had NO trouble at all. I was greatly impressed and pleased with the added performance I got as well as the increase in gas mileage (as long as I keep my foot out ot it)

MAX RPM has a 100% satisfied customer that will look to them ANYTIME I need performance parts or advice.

For my money, MAX RPM is the place to go for trust, experience, recognition, customer service and quality.

THANKS GENO

Maples 8

NOTE

I'm sure each person on this site has a good and bad experience with a vender at one time or another. Each person on this site has the right to chose where they spend their money. Each person on this site has the right to their opinion. When I first came to LOD there were no where near the amount of people on this site as there are now. As the site has grown it seems ideas and opinons have become reasons to fight and discredit instead of discuss and trade ideas and opinions. There are a lot of great people on this site as well as a lot of great and wonderful ideas and opinions. If you don't agree with a person or their ideas and opinions that's fine but it is not a reason to bash or discredit someone.

1944 posts #294, "LMS Experience"

I was just going to respond and add to Ray’s (drgnfrm) post since our experiences were the same, but I decided to post my own LMS buying experience. Prior to purchasing the MAF, exhaust, chip, and rear bushings from LMS, I also had met Geno only once at E-Town last year, in fact prior to that we never even spoke on the phone. So in December, after doing my “homework” and coming up with a “plan” I called Geno.
The first thing we talked about was driveshafts. I told him I was interested in the aluminum driveshaft he was offering at the time since it was less expensive then a metal matrix one. Geno told me, though the aluminum driveshaft was much better than the stock one, you really should get a metal matrix. He then added that he was working on getting a place to make them up, however he didn’t know how long it would be before that happened, so Geno told me to buy the MM driveshaft Dennis Reinhart was selling, which I did.
I then told him my plan to dyno my Mark before and after the mods and post the results which he enthusiastically supported. In every respect of getting through this Geno went the “extra mile” to make sure I was satisfied. When I called telling him I didn’t feel comfortable finding an exhaust shop in my area, he immediately set up a 3-way call with Muflex in Trenton, NJ. When I booked the appointment there for a Saturday, Geno told me to swing on by and he would take care of the MAF, bushings, and chip, which I did. When I got to Geno’s, Walt was also there, so while I went for a ride in Walt’s Mark, Geno went to work on mine. When my Mark was finished I asked Geno how much for the installs, and he said “don’t worry about it”. Since that time, Geno has called me to follow-up if everything’s ok, and if I was satisfied.
Let me just briefly add that for a long time a big part of my job is dealing with vendors in the computer industry. So getting results, and support are included in my definition of “professionalism”. Geno and LMS are now included in that list.

1370 posts #389, "LMS/Geno review"

I just wanted to post my pleasant experiences with Geno and Lincoln Motorsport. I only have one product from them, their Single-X true dual exhaust with Magna Flow mufflers. I had been searching for some type of modded exhaust for my car since the day I picked it up in Dec 1996. At that time, I couldn’t find an exhaust for this car anywhere. Even when I found the predecessor of this board, Carcus’s Land Shark and Mark VIII board, there was still no good exhaust option for this car.

Geno finally found this web-site and announced that he had dyno and track proven mods for our car......FINALLY!!

All of us used to complain that we couldn’t get mods for this car, except the superchip, and doing the bill’s drilled airbox mod

I ordered my exhaust from him a short time later and couldn’t be happier with it. It was exactly what I was looking for. It made my car rumble but didn’t resonate at highway speeds. My car was also know able to run the quarter mile in 14.3 seconds or .3 faster than stock.

Geno has been more than helpful to me and I only ever purchased one thing from him 2 years ago. I periodically send him e-mails for help with my car and he always responds. He actually gave me the name of the guy that painted the TerminVIIIor and now that guy is painting my car!!

Ken
