Stability System

Need some advice please. Have a 98 Eldo with 52,000 on it. Just got a notice from computer stating " Check Stability System ", anyone have an idea what this means I should have done. I did hit a Humongous Pothole last night, and thats when the notice came on, about 1 hour later. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. TJ
