To Cover or Not to Cover

My engine cover is all cracked and no longer stays on. So I went ahead and took it off. I've seen lots of pics of engines with out the cover. So tell me is it better with or without it?

With out definitely! You will just cook your ignition with that on. So I have been told, plus if I wanted to see plastic I would have bought a Honda

The Gen 2s don't have the cover. It's only for show on the Gen 1s.

My honda had a lot less plastic under the hood than any mark I have seen, including those without the beauty cover on.

Ya, they put the covers on the gen 1's to rice them out and make them look faster. Only the '98 was the real deal. Sexy COP no wire looks and not even the dumb alternator cover like on the '97. The '98 is the creme de la creme.

I tried but couldn't fit 9mm wires in the stock separators. I even broke one while I was at it. Oh well.
