I just spent two days in the hospital, I had what is called a sinkable episode I became dizzy thein I black out all related to have high Blood pressure. and under tons of stress. but I am better now and back home.

Glad to hear you're doing okay. Sounds like it may be time for a nice long vacation if you can swing it. Take care of yourself. You seem to be a straight up guy from what I've read elsewhere, and I'd hate to lose the pleasure of reading your hilarious posts in the future.

Stanley! What's going on man. Remember to try to raise your good hdl and lower your bad hdl. What have you been so stressed about lately. You might have to back off of some of those HUGE lobsters you like to chow down. LOL.

Glad to here you are ok. Both my parents have very high blood presure. It can certainly be a scary issue to have to deal with. Like I said it is good to see you are ok. Welcome back!
