electric seat and electric mirror

i replaced the door mod. on my 98 lincoln cont. because the seat would not work or the mirror adjustment.
first of all i cheaked the fuse, replaced it and everything was fine for a few days. then i heard like a motor running in my driver door mirror, i could not get it stopped so i disconnected the battery. when i reconnected the battery the seat and mirror would not work. all fuses are aok.then i replaced the door mod.......whats next??????????
