What's the LS's Fluid quantities

I don't have an owners manual, so how do I find out how much fluid goes into the engine, transmission, cooling system, ect. on a 2001 with the V8 engine, thank you.

How much brake fluid is required to completely replace the fluid (bleeding at all 4 corners)? The stupid manual just says "Fill to 'Max' line"

I want to replace mine but dont want to get half way through and need more.
