In your spare time I need to know if the cab company my mom works for got screwed

And the price of a starter for a 2000 taurus wagon, this one floored me at 390 bucks! I almost sh!t a brick I feel bad for the guy too.

The "new" one is 377.25 plus 75.00 core....your cost would be 271.62 plus the 75.00 core.

There is a reman through ford that is 216.60 and cost you 162.45 plus the 75.00 core.

the starter is a 12valve or 24valve engine andthey are both the same price. 191.17 plus the 75.00 core and cost you 143.38 plus core.
