1/4 mile estimates with 4.10?

My car ran 14.50 with a 2.2 60 at 98. Im putting the 4.10 and trac lok in within a week or two. I have a rebuilt trans with shift kit, decently sticky tires on 17's, poly carrier bushings, exhaust and 80mm maf with 9" cone. What SHOULD my car run with the new gear?

I don't have any numbers to prove anything but I have heard from a couple people you can expect close to 3 tenths
