Yeah, they got Michael Hogan (Saul Tigh), Tahmoh Penikett (Karl "Helo" Agathon) and Katee Sackhoff (Kara "Starbuck" Thrace) to voice their characters for the skit. I don't know who voiced Adama, but it wasn't Olmos. Interesting side note: the voice of the FCC member is the creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Firefly...Joss Whedon (reportedly a huge BSG fan).
